Return & Refund Policy – TerraNumis LLC

  1. Return Window
    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  2. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be securely packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance. TerraNumis LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments unless the package is insured by the customer.

  3. Eligibility
    To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, without any alterations, cleaning, or tampering.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval before a refund is issued.

    All coins sold by TerraNumis LLC are guaranteed authentic. If any coin is proven to be non-authentic by a recognized third-party expert (such as NGC, PCGS, or another established authority), you will receive a 100% refund, including return shipping costs. Written proof of non-authenticity must be provided.

  2. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
