1. Shipping Options
   At checkout, customers can select from the available shipping options. Each option will clearly display the cost and estimated delivery timeframe. The shipping fee is added to the order total and paid by the customer, unless free shipping is specifically offered by TerraNumis LLC.

2. Free Shipping
   From time to time, TerraNumis LLC may offer free shipping on select items or promotions. This will be clearly noted on the product page or at checkout.

3. Processing Time
   Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that TerraNumis LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been dispatched.

4. Secure Packaging
   All coins are shipped securely, with protective packaging to ensure safe arrival. For higher-value items, shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

5. Insurance
   We strongly recommend selecting an insured shipping option for valuable items. TerraNumis LLC is not responsible for loss or damage once the package has been handed over to the carrier unless the shipment was insured.

6. International Shipping
   We offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or restrictions that may apply in their jurisdiction. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, or import restrictions, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
